EDITING PROCESS
THE READY WRITERS CONSULT presents a 7-week intensive correspondence training and coaching sessions on
effective writing and editing process.
FOR WHOM?
The
course is designed for aspiring writers, editors, corporate affairs personnel,
public/media relations practitioners, journalists, novelists, Personal
Assistants, secretaries, students, lovers of English literature, literary
critics, creative writers, authors, publishers, and everyone whose job or flair
borders on writing.
DURATION & REGISTRATION
The
training will kick off on Monday,
January 9, 2011 and end on Friday,
February 25, 2011. Only 25 participants will be registered for this stream
so as to maximise the learning/sharing experience for the participants.

OBJECTIVES
The
training is designed to achieve the following objectives:
- Brush up the writing prowess of
participants
- Acquaint participants with the
basic forms and mechanics of writing
- Acquaint participants with the
process and nuances of effective writing
- Acquaint participants with the
process and tools of proofreading, editing and reviewing a document
- Acquaint participants with the
elements of literary criticism
- Acquaint participants with the
process of creative writing
MODUS

25 participants will be registered for the training

The
training will be conducted via weekly email correspondence featuring the lesson
and task of the week from the Faculty

Each
of the 25 participants will be assigned a coach/trainer
- There will be a sharing/learning
virtual interface between student and coach all through the duration of the
training and afterward
- Participants will be engrafted
into a designated online portal for the purpose of general sharing and learning
amongst students and the faculty
- Participants have to register by
paying into any of the TRW Consult’s bank accounts. Admission will be done on
first-come-first-serve basis
